About The Position

POSITION IS A CONTRACT ROLE FOR 6 MONTHS COVERING A LEAVE OF ABSENCE! Responsibilities Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs for each position. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Draft and post job announcements on various platforms such as job boards and social media. Screen resumes and conduct interviews. Guide candidates through the hiring process. Perform related administrative duties as needed. Essential Skills Experience with onboarding and recruitment processes. Proficiency in HRIS and data entry. Strong administrative support and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish is required. Experience with onboarding paperwork. Work Environment The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The dress code is casual, with jeans and a nice shirt. This is a temporary role. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fresno, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
