About The Position
The Dallastown Area School District is searching for a highly motivated Human Resource Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, 12-month salaried support staff position. The HR Specialist provides comprehensive support for the human resource function, focusing on the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified Support Staff candidates. The position hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with immediate participation in the PSERS pension program, paid holidays and leave (vacation, personal and sick), and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
