The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of conventional duties relating to a variety of human relations program areas and to complete developmental assignments and training outlined in the formal training and development program. This role involves performing a variety of highly structured, entry-level human resources work designed to develop broader and more in-depth knowledge and skill to perform higher level assignments. The position requires observing and assisting an experienced employee by performing routine tasks, such as reviewing basic qualifications requirements, analyzing position data, preparing job descriptions, and applying procedures pertaining to employee relations.
