This is a hybrid role. 2 days remote (Monday, Friday) and 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday). The Human Resources Specialist performs essential HR functions including processing of new hire I-9s, unemployment claims, teammate status changes, policy development and administration, and employee relations. The Human Resources Specialist collaborates often with the HR Business Partners, broader HR department, Operations, and Legal teams.
