The position involves executing functional operations of the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A). The role requires conducting comprehensive reviews of work processes to determine appropriate manpower for the organization, developing internal administrative policies, procedures, and/or guidelines to align with new business processes of IPPS-A, and assisting with deployment, support, and/or testing of the system. A strong knowledge of Military Human Resources is essential, as well as the ability to advise Senior Leaders on functional guidance and application of regulations related to IPPS-A.
