A Human Resources Specialist III is responsible for managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle within an organization. Their primary responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting interviews and background checks, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, they may be involved in performance management, employee development, and organizational development initiatives. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
