SALARY RANGE: $50,776.00 - $78,526.00 Position currently qualifies for a telework option. Telework options are subject to change at the discretion of management. RECRUITING FOR MULTIPLE VACANCIES The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts (NCAOC) seeks a creative and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to function as a member of the Salary Administration Team in a large Human Resources Office. The position is responsible for administering the following functional areas for a set of Judicial districts: Salary administration, policy administration, personnel action processing, organizational management processing, unemployment, employee orientation as well as time/leave administration associated with the previous functional areas. This position follows the life-cycle of an employee from hiring to separation and managing/processing all relevant actions ensuring all appropriate laws/policies are followed. Due to the nature of this position, accuracy is of the utmost importance. This position is expected to have the ability to research, audit and correct as appropriate compensation issues, personnel action issues and organizational management issues. The position is expected to be well versed in all areas of personnel administration, organizational management, time/leave administration as well as state and federal policies. Position provides guidance concerning compensation, policies, procedures etc. to employees, managers and elected officials. This position also serves as a NCID administrator and E-Verify administrator. NCAOC's Human Resources Office provides cross-training opportunities to learn other aspects of Human Resources. Work hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday with some flexibility and hybrid remote work.
