About The Position

Under the general direction and supervision of the Administrative Director of Human Resources, the HR Specialist is the primary point of contact for employees and vendors regarding college benefits. This position coordinates, manages, and monitors the overall benefits program and information for the College; develops and maintains reports, documents, and information relating to benefits and provides direct services and information to employees. This position maintains, reviews, processes, and develops various extremely confidential and sensitive information in a secure, professional, and trustworthy manner. This is a full-time regular position.
