About The Position
The Human Resources (HR) Specialist will support the awards and recognition program for NASA Headquarters and mission support organizations. This role involves maintaining and updating awards policies, enhancing documentation and tracking of awards information, and providing expert consultation on award inquiries. The HR Specialist will also manage the performance management cycle and foster a culture of engagement and diversity within the agency.
