About The Position
The Human Resources Specialist 1 will provide a full range of human resources services related to Staffing, Recruitment, and Performance Management. This includes handling disciplinary matters, administrative investigations, and other employee relations issues, as well as providing contract interpretation and personnel administration. The position is under the direction of a Human Resources Specialist 2.
