About The Position
We are looking for an HR Solution Architect to join our HR Transformation team. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to design, implement and maintain HR technology solutions that enhance HR processes, drive efficiencies, and support the overall business strategy. Upon joining, the HR Solution Architect will support the design, build, and sustainment of our new Enterprise-wide HXM, SAP SuccessFactors. This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland or Newark, Delaware, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
