Human Resources Shared Services Director Key Role: Oversee HR Administration service offerings and lead an end-to-end ‘hire to retire’ solution for highly tra nsa ctional and repeatable activities that touch the employee. Optimize processes and lead a team to improve employee experience and support the organization's strategic goals. Develop and execute a shared services strategy aligned with organizational objectives, driving continuous HR process improvement, and standardization. Lead and mentor an HR team, focus ing on performance management, training, and service standards. Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and efficiency gains in HR processes. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication, ensuring compliance with employment laws and data protection regulations. Develop and monitor key performance indicators, using data analytics to guide decision-making and process improvements.
