Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience recruiting; retail, banking, or financial services is helpful.
  • Successful experience with sourcing and full cycle recruiting for roles in various business units and functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing communication with both candidates and hiring managers and teams throughout the recruiting process.
  • Strong commitment to creating and facilitating an excellent candidate experience, and leading with an equitable and inclusive mindset.
  • Experience in managing reports and being accountable to key performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive full cycle recruiting for roles across the organization including sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closing.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and the senior management team to ensure we build quality and diverse pipelines to fit our goals, functional needs, our mission, and our culture.
  • Build and collaborate on creative sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-find and passive talent that will impact growth across the Company.
  • Own and maintain data and reporting, with regular and timely updates to key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our growth mindset and Company values.
  • Partners with Human Resources and Marketing/Communications on talent branding strategies, as we develop an Employer Value Proposition.
  • Ensures all recruiting and hiring practices are in accordance with federal and state employment law ensuring fair employment practices.
