About The Position
We are looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Talent Solutions Senior Associate, who will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of talent initiatives that align with our Institutional Strategy, People Strategy and Talent Management Framework. In this role, you will interact closely with our Human Resources Business Partners, Centers of Expertise in the HR Department and other stakeholders to share data-informed expertise, enhance our organizational capabilities and support our culture and leadership initiative. You will work in the Talent Management Division part of the Human Resources Department. This Division is responsible for attracting, developing and retaining the right people in the right roles, with the right skills and capabilities, to support IDB's mission.
