About The Position
Boston Scientific's Human Resource Rotational Development Program (HRDP) is a two-year program consisting of three eight-month rotations within various HR functions. The program is designed to develop HR expertise, enhance business acumen, and prepare participants as future HR leaders at Boston Scientific (BSC). This program provides tailored exposure and learning opportunities aligned with your career goals across several HR functions, including HR Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Management. Participants collaborate with dedicated HR professionals who provide guidance and new perspectives.
