This position is for a Human Resources professional with at least 2 years of experience in Washington State. The role is designed to provide objective guidance to the Owner and Supervisors on people-related matters, ensuring a productive and positive working environment. The HR professional will be responsible for maintaining and developing workplace policies and rules, managing employee personnel files, and communicating regularly with employees regarding their personal information. Daily tasks will include answering employee calls and emails, tracking attendance and punctuality, and assisting administrative staff in problem-solving to ensure smooth operations. The office is extremely busy, with over 70 employees during peak times, requiring strong organizational skills and a passion for working with people. The HR professional will also be involved in onboarding new staff, managing new hire paperwork, drug testing orders, and various other HR duties.
