About The Position
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented HR Representative to manage the HR service window, serving as the first point of contact for team members seeking HR assistance. This role involves providing accurate information, handling team member inquiries, processing HR-related paperwork, and ensuring a positive team member experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures. Bilingual (Spanish/English/Mandarin) skills are strongly preferred to support a diverse workforce.
