About The Position
This individual contributor will serve as both a trusted advisor and a key partner to local leaders, providing strategic guidance on HR matters while helping to drive day-to-day HR operations in the Hawaiian islands for Alaska Airlines. As a regional HR director, this role will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, all while fostering strong relationships with local leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.
