Requirements

  • Prior experience with HR policies and recruitment is required. 8+ years preferred.
  • 5 years of recruiting expeirence is a minimum requirement
  • Previous experience with sourcing and finding quality candidates is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive HR data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and discretion in handling HR matters.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
  • A combination of agency and corporate recruitment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
  • Sourcing and networking using various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, referrals, and proactively identifying high quality candidates.
  • Conducting a full cycle recruitment process including selecting candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, in depth interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs, define position requirements, and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing updates, and supporting candidates through the hiring journey.
  • Be a cultural ambassador by sharing company culture, values, mission, and growth goals with candidates.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics to leadership
  • Stay updates on industry trends, competitive hiring practices and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to hiring managers and HR leadership.
  • Be flexible to assist with any other duties as assigned by the HR team.
