About The Position

The Human Resources Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across the organization.

Requirements

  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates understanding of Federal, State, and local employment laws and practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms.
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Partners with hiring managers to understand the requirements, desired qualifications, and team needs.
  • Manages the end-to-end recruiting process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, reference and background checks, and job offers.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource leadership team during the offer process, identifying, and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Represents the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities to build talent pipelines and increase employer brand awareness.
  • Conducts periodic follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Coordinates interview logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangement, and accommodations when needed.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Travels as needed.
  • Receives and carries out instructions.
  • Manages regular and predictable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as needed.
