We are looking for an Human Resources Project Coordinator that serves as a flexible, cross-functional HR resource (“floater”) supporting the HR team. This role coordinates and executes a variety of HR projects and provides hands-on support across multiple HR disciplines as business needs evolve. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience within the oil & gas or similarly regulated industry, is highly adaptable, and is comfortable shifting priorities to support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
