  • Plans, implements and oversees special projects to ensure effective delivery of Division-wide HR Services.
  • Develops written and verbal communications and presentations.
  • Develops reports to support HR Operations; measures the value of HR activities, contributions and results.
  • Analyzes trends in HR Metrics.
  • Coordinates HR meetings, agenda, minutes.
  • Researches and analyzes HR trends and policies, making recommendations where appropriate.
  • Recommends ideas to improve HR efficiency within the scope of the HR strategy and model.
  • Assists in demonstrating service excellence to all customers.
  • Conducts cost analysis on programs to determine ROI and program feasibility, identifies and manages potential risks.
  • Ensures that timing, resources and sequencing of work efforts are aligned to produce the desired result cost effectively.
  • Documents and analyzes lessons learned for sharing.
  • Establishes, cultivates and maintains ongoing relationships within HR Organization.
  • Bachelors Degree, required
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in HR
