IU Health has a new opportunity available for a Human Resources- Program Lead to join our human resources team at our Methodist Hospital location in downtown Indianapolis. This position is a full time Monday-Friday day shift role, with a hybrid opportunity. The Human Resources - Program Lead collaborates with the Center of Excellence (COE) leader on strategy development and deployment, and leads processes for their function, and provides guidance to regional HR teams on the deployment and execution of COE initiatives and programs. This Human Resources -Program Lead also assists in addressing COE issues and takes the lead on implementing system wide HR projects or initiatives. The Human Resources - Program Lead helps lead the department efforts for their team's function and provides training and coaching to team members and provides exemplary customer service to internal and external customers by being proactive, responsive and encouraging teamwork. This Lead works through complex issues and effectively coordinates with legal, compliance, regulatory, etc. teams as needed and seeks new ways to improve individual and team efforts for overall success, while promoting collaboration and teamwork. This Lead also combines existing knowledge and on-the-job experiences to ensure best practices are being implemented in day-to-day work.
