Primary Purpose Creating and maintaining Office of Talent Management (OTM) policies and procedures. Plan, direct, or coordinate activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards including Centers for Medicaid & Medicare (CMS), Health & Human Services (HHSC), Texas Administrative Code (TAC), and The Joint Commission (TJC) HR accreditation standards.
