At Heritage Hall Tazewell, we are seeking a Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator. This person will be responsible for compiling and maintaining payroll data and personnel files. The Coordinator assists in the hiring process, provides orientation for new employees and ensures personnel files stay current. This individual will assist with benefit enrollment including answering benefit questions and concerns. A strong knowledge of FMLA, Worker’s Comp, ADA, Affirmative Action, EEO, and VEC Unemployment processes are necessary. The Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with the Recruiting and Relations Specialist, Administrator, and Department Heads to ensure facility operations run smoothly. If you have payroll or Human Resource experience and are willing to roll up your sleeves and assist our hard working staff with important day to day needs, we can't wait to hear from you.
