Kimley-Horn is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) office on our HR team! This is an in-office position. As a key member of our HR team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional skills in building strong relationships with internal clients and HR partners both locally and across the firm. You will play a key role in employee development, employee relations, performance management, teambuilding, and career development. With tact and professionalism, you will manage employee relations matters to ensure that our employees feel supported and valued. You will be a trusted resource for our employees, providing guidance and support when needed. Our people will look to you as the point-of-contact for questions and education about company processes, programs, and benefits. You will work closely with our talented professionals to retain top talent, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and support our employees in their professional growth. You will play a vital role in managing the full employee life cycle.
