As a Human Resources Outsourcing, Senior Associate at RSM, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive Human Resources consulting services to our clients, primarily small and mid-sized businesses across various industries. Your expertise will be essential in guiding these organizations through the HR lifecycle, ensuring they implement best practices and comply with relevant regulations. You will be instrumental in helping clients build and maintain effective HR programs that align with their strategic goals. In this position, you will participate in the initial HR assessment of new client companies, assisting in the development and organization of their HR programs. As the primary contact for employees and clients, you will lead update meetings, address inquiries, and liaise with vendors, escalating questions and tasks to the Director as necessary. Your responsibilities will also include handling tactical HR tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employment status changes, while providing advisory support on HR best practices and compliance. You will design and advise on HR processes and programs, including performance management, orientation, onboarding, training, employee relations, benefits, and engagement. Additionally, you will leverage your experience with various HRIS platforms to support implementation and usage, participate in business development activities, and contribute to the creation of new market-relevant tools and methodologies in the rapidly evolving HR landscape.
