MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT: As a Human Resources Operations Summer Intern (Seasonal) , the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Human Resources . You will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on survey data. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and survey analysis within a dynamic work environment. ●Support Human Resource Operations functions such as Survey Analyst Support along with other Human Resource Operation Projects as needed. ●Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep intranet sites updated. ●Drive accurate data management by managing databases and trackers and input information, data, and records ●Utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, and other Survey Analysis Platforms WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bring your Human Resource/Industrial Organizational Psychology expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree program from a United States-based college or university
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience
  • Technical skills: Advanced Excel and Word Skills
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong analytics and critical thinking skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Location: Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days/week onsite at a GDIT office
