Requirements

• 1+ years human resource experience or 2+ years of customer service experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school degree or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree
• HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience
• Experience with Workday and/or interactive voice response (IVR) systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for associates and external clients to address a wide range of HR-related inquiries.
• Develop a deep understanding of associate needs and provide timely, accurate and effective solutions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in meeting evolving needs of our associates.
• Utilize your technical skills to navigate and learn new systems and processes.
• Influence and guide associates to leverage the resources and expertise of the AskHR team.
