Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and thorough.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an HR department.
  • Experience working with insurance.
  • Experience working in a HRIS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the HR department.
  • Own the pre-employment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employment records in internal systems.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with compliance reporting.
  • Oversee and maintain the Career Development Program (CDP).
  • Maintain organization charts for R.E. Mason and Apperture Solutions.
  • Track and maintain paid time off calculations and values.
  • Schedule health screens annually.
  • Assist with open enrollment meetings.
  • Manage digital bulletin board content for company communications.
  • Perform and document 30 / 60 / 90 day check-ins.
  • Initiate and track all new pre-employment tasks.
  • Coordinate start dates and schedule orientation for new hires.
  • Plan travel arrangements for new hires traveling to Charlotte.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Conduct reference checks for potential hires.
  • Schedule interviews for internal and external applicants.
