About The Position
We seek a detailed-oriented and motivated HR Operations Specialist/Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be experienced in general human resources and administrative duties and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and energized environment. This position will report to the Associate Director, Human Resources and offers a unique opportunity to be a vital member of an organization dedicated to moving a novel gene therapy drug candidate into the clinic. This position will support Human Resources as well as partner with our Executive Assistant to provide the organization with office support. It offers extensive opportunity to learn and grow in human resources and administrative operations.
