About The Position
Provides next level support in the HR Operations area with the goal of resolving recurring, more complicated/technical issues that require more time than a simple routine request handled by the HR Ops Representatives. Processes HR transactions, interact with HR Centers of Excellence and Payroll to resolve human resource concerns in the areas of benefits, compensation, employee relations, leave administration, and other employment-related areas.
