About The Position

As a Human Resources Manager at Levy, you will lead recruitment efforts, guide employee relations, and implement strategic HR solutions that support team success and operational excellence. You will develop staffing plans, oversee compliance, and partner with leadership to ensure a welcoming and equitable workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of computer literacy
• Ability to work non-standard hours as dictated by event schedule - days, evenings, weekends and holidays

• Union experience is preferred

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
