As a vital member of the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing multiple projects, developing and presenting key metrics, and collaborating on various HR initiatives that go beyond data management. The focus will be on enhancing communication, promoting data-driven decision-making, and fostering transparency across the organization. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of technical systems, capable of synthesizing information and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Other responsibilities include: Research, develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Provide support to the Director by reviewing and assisting with the development, implementation, and upkeep of operational policies, procedures, and systems. Collaborate with the IT department to enhance and integrate HRIS, intranet, and related systems. Serve as the liaison for HR and Racial Justice initiatives, ensuring smooth communication and project coordination. Implement effective management strategies and process improvements to streamline daily HR operations. Partner with various departments and leadership to identify and address organizational needs. Engage with staff daily, offering assistance, addressing questions, responding to needs, and gathering feedback. Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Ensure HR processes and practices comply with legal requirements. Conduct audits and implement corrective actions as necessary. Develop and generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights on key HR metrics, trends, and workforce analytics.
