About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Human Resources Operations and Data Specialist [DOE0069068] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Human Resources Operations and Data Specialist [DOE0069068] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years HR experience; DOE contractor HR helpful.
  • BA/BS HR/Business; SHRM certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, reporting, employee services.
  • Provide services and support for Program Office #02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement under Job Task #02.09.
  • Analyze HR data, support onboarding, manage policies, and assist in organizational budget monitoring.
  • Optimize HR operations through comprehensive data analysis, effective recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and manage HR policies and systems.
