Responsible for administration of license tracking, performance management and work verification systems. Identifies, creates and implements process improvements. Administers various employer-provided benefits such as college loan repayment and tuition reimbursement programs. Demonstrates respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
