About The Position
The Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and strategic personnel management. Key functions include recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, performance evaluation, payroll coordination, employee relations, employee feedback, staff recognition, workplace safety, and collaboration with third-party HR advisors and insurers. The HR Officer also supports transparent communication and ensures alignment with institutional values, labor laws, and regulatory standards.
