About The Position
The Workforce Planning Manager leads the development and execution of strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure the GA Department of Transportation (GDOT) has the right people with the right skills in the right roles at the right time. This role plays a key part in identifying future workforce needs, analyzing current workforce capabilities, and developing strategies to address gaps through succession planning, talent development, and organizational design.
