About The Position

Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. is seeking an accomplished HR Manager. The HR Manager is a hands-on role that balances the strategic with the tactical and is responsible for all human resource functions within the organization to include recruitment, orientation, retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, HRIS and employee relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of Human Resource Generalist experience, preferred
• Human Resources Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP)
• Experience working in a Healthcare related HR capacity

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to over 200 employees
• Manage employees benefits and compensation programs
• Maintain federal and state HR compliance
• Design and conduct new employee orientation
• Provide guidance to management regarding policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
