About the position

The Human Resources Manager at Plibrico Company is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including full-cycle recruiting, benefit administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and payroll processing. This role ensures compliance with legal requirements and company policies while fostering a positive work environment and supporting the organization's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for all levels of candidates.
  • Administer and communicate human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, including adjustments for garnishments and bonuses.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure effective communication of changes to employees.
  • Resolve employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations.
  • Administer performance review programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Manage the termination process and conduct exit interviews.
  • Prepare compliance reports and documentation, including EEO and OSHA 300 reports.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and develop wage scales and position descriptions.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements affecting HR and payroll functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management.
  • 4-6 years of related experience in Human Resources management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building and coaching skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information effectively.
  • Effective conflict management and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

  • HR Certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience with payroll processing and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Navision.
