The Human Resources Manager (HRM) is a strategic business partner, responsible for driving business results by translating strategy into concrete actions and tangible outcomes. The HRM will champion culture and shape organizational structure by aligning human capital with the organization’s mission, vision and values. The HRM will drive organizational development by facilitating needs analysis, talent evaluation, planning and development. This role will support our Grants Pass, OR facility and will work onsite 5 days a week. Relocation assistance can be considered.
