About The Position
As a Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for aligning human resources strategies with the business goals of the facility and the Heritage organization. This role will be a multi-site partner to the Corporate Human Resources team and the facility Plant Manager(s) for the locations supported. This position is based out of our Indianapolis, Indiana plant but will also provide strategic Human Resources support to plant leadership and employees in Coolidge, Arizona and Kansas City, Missouri.
