About The Position
ISO New England's Human Resources department is looking for a dynamic and skilled HR Manager to join its collaborative and dedicated team. By developing impactful working relationships and leveraging business know-how, the HR Manager will lead a small team and provide strategic council in the areas of change management, talent management, employee development, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee relations to their assigned client base. In addition, this position will support the design, development, and communication of HR initiatives that advance a positive and productive workplace.
