About The Position

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources or Business with a focus in HR, and/or SHRM or HRCI certifications.
  • 5+ years of strategic and hands-on HR experience, supporting the entire employee life cycle.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner with small to midsize companies, providing HR support and guidance.

  • Provide guidance to management on HR policies and compliance issues.
  • Handle payroll, training, and worker's compensation matters for clients.
  • Adapt to varying state and local regulations while supporting clients across the country.
  • Utilize time management skills to effectively balance multiple client needs within a 40-hour workweek.
