About The Position
The Human Resources Manager at Minnesota Prairie County Alliance is responsible for overseeing and managing all human resources functions and staff within the organization. This role focuses on compliance with laws and regulations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, performance management, and labor relations. The HR Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and other management team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
