About The Position
The Human Resource Manager at Hy-Vee is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service while managing various HR functions. This includes updating the payroll system, counseling department heads and employees on performance reviews, personnel issues, scheduling, benefits, and wages. The HR Manager coordinates administrative duties such as recruiting, hiring, payroll, performance reviews, orientation, and employee counseling. The role requires close collaboration with store management to ensure maximum employee satisfaction and retention.
