About The Position
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our EMEA HR team, internally known as our Colleague Relations Success team. We are more than the traditional HR department - we are a results-driven and collaborative team leading change through executing best-practice policies, processes, procedures, and programs. We take ownership and operate with autonomy to promote a culture that prioritizes alignment, growth mindset, empowerment, and accountability. We are innovative problem solvers with a desire for continuous improvement. You will implement best practices, and drive efficiencies across HR processes. You will have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and senior leaders throughout our entire organization and partner with the corporate Center Of Excellence to drive global functions such as talent management, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, and analytics. You will coach and counsel managers and colleagues on matters relating to performance management, exit and termination management, and conduct internal investigations. This role will support our organization in Germany along with other countries in the EMEA region.
