The Human Resources Manager at Mutual Trading Company plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the HR department and managing HR staff. The HR Manager will provide support to the East Coast Group HR and leadership team, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices across the organization. This role may also require performing other duties as needed, contributing to the overall success of the HR department and the organization as a whole.
