About The Position
Atrium Hospitality is seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at the vibrant Frisco Embassy Suites. Conveniently located just 25 minutes north of Dallas, our all-suite hotel offers easy access from Highway 121 and Dallas North Tollway. Situated in one of America’s fastest-growing cities, known as Sports City USA, the property is surrounded by top dining, shopping, and sports venues. With 330 suites, 71,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, and direct access to the Frisco Conference Center, our hotel provides an exciting and supportive workplace where associates can thrive. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the associate experience and driving business success. You’ll provide expert leadership, support, and guidance on key HR policies, procedures, and practices. Acting as the central contact for HR matters, you’ll ensure Atrium’s HR initiatives are seamlessly implemented across management and associates while promoting our company culture and core values.
