The Stillwater Medical Human Resources Department is looking for a new HR Manager to help support our growing team! Preferred candidates will have previous experience in Human Resources & leadership positions. The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of HR department functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, benefits administration and compliance with labor laws. This role will require a proactive leader who can foster a positive work environment while handling complex employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
